Naruto uzumaki. What else would you think of when reading the title? it's the most recognized anime in the whole world, after all.
but let's settle on something different for a while. Here's a horror manga, by junji ito, titled,

Pretty Interesting imagery, no?
The story itself doesn't make any sense, but then again, naruto doesn't, which makes it all the more similar. 
I see no use in explaining it, considering how twisted junji ito's works are. But this is one hell of a ride if you do want to get a trauma :D You can read it HERE, or HERE.
